Oh, I remember him!

I saw him on The Cooking I think, years ago. Yes, he was great to watch. I've only seen his Asian dishes. Thanks for the link and fyi, he's also on YouTube.
 
He's just a lovely guy ; parents came from war torn Vietnam and he was born in OZ I think - now married with his own kids - but almost forced labor by his parents when he was young but it taught him well and now he is world traveled and raking it in by the dollars. Great chef too! - good feel show
