That's great Ruth, I have so many choices that are gluten free. Usually I find a good recipe and one or more of the ingredients aren't gluten free and I wouldn't know what to substitute them with. Best of all I have all this on hand. I chose: 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 TB olive oil
One onion, diced
One large garlic clove, minced
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans, partly mashed
1 cup crushed cereal flakes
1/4 to 1/2 cup vegetable juice, as needed
3 TB potato flour
2 TB ketchup
Several dashes vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tsp. salt
I'll be trying this soon. I'll let you know how it turned out.
