I also have tremors that come & go. My doctor said it was likely "Essential Tremor."Well, yes, I am positive it’s malabsorption, but when I do not take it I shake like I have an advanced case of Parkinson”s, I am too weak to stand or walk, and I become wheelchair bound. Never, ever, NEVER missing my dose, never.
Me, too. Back in my 30's & once in my 40's, I woke up several times swearing & screaming with calf cramps. Sometimes, I couldn't walk right for 3 days; it was very painful to lift my heel.My father in law had severe leg muscle cramps that were so bad he would be in tears. He started taking magnesium and they stopped.
I’d have some CBD oil here that I’d forgotten about so I had some. It definitely worked.
I like it too.
And likely a lack of magnesium.Me, too. Back in my 30's & once in my 40's, I woke up several times swearing & screaming with calf cramps. Sometimes, I couldn't walk right for 3 days; it was very painful to lift my heel.
It hasn't happened for 28 years - maybe due to weight loss & dietary changes.
I know; a lot of the stores around here seem to have a lot of empty shelves too. I also have a hard time with a lot of the inactive ingredients that are in almost all vitamins and supplements, even the ones at our local health/natural food stores. Luckily I found a great website that I buy from and found forms of Vit. D and Magnesium I can take.Tonight I went to Walmart to pick up some up. The vitamin shelves are almost bare with a sign apologizing for the lack of stock. It’s the same at Shoppers Drug Mart (a Canadian drug store like CVS). Weird and it’s been like this for a while.
