@Dustbunny how about everyday we can? For others AND ourselves---because we're 'someone' too, and it becomes a self perpetuating loop. The better we feel the easier it is for us to do the little kindnesses that uplift others, and doing that--getting to see someone smile back, makes us feel even better.
