A daily practice - even for 60 seconds(!)...can take you from crazed to calm.

You can meditate anywhere.

Close your eyes and focus on a single pont, slowing down your breathing...

This shows "you're kind and rewarding yourself" 🤗

I meditate several times a day. I also found that while running or engaging in a strenuous workout it seems to clear my mind like meditation. The harder I push myself physically the better it seems for clarity of mind.

I think this is critical for dealing with the ridiculous amount of stress caused by living in today's society.
