At the very least you got #5 pick right :LOL::ROFLMAO:

I'm one for two so far. I thought the Chargers were better than that.

All week long before the game, all we heard here in Houston …. "why do the Chargers have to lower themselves to play Houston"?

There was way too much nastiness aimed at the Texans before that game. It was all over the national media. … and the Texans took note..:)

That was a sloppy game. What were there... six turnovers?

That Bills/Ravens game will be a real toss up 🤷‍♂️ Hope the Bills prevail as they're considered to be the home team where I live. The local bar will be standing room only this evening :LOL:

So much for Detroit being favored to win the Super Bowl!!
Congrats to the Commanders, now a genuinely good team. But I do think Detroit would have won if not for all the very late-season injuries to their D players.

Brilliant article in NYT/The Athletic on the Lions' HC Campbell last week. I loved the quote when the article discusses how the number of injuries were decimating the Lions D in the final games:
"There was no doubt the Lions were hurting. The Eagles and Vikings were hot, threatening to steal the No. 1 seed. Skipper, the veteran offensive lineman, remembers watching a few defensive players run onto the field late in the year and muttering to himself, “I don’t even know who those guys are.” "
=====

Any time a veteran makes a statement like that, you KNOW things are bad on the IR list. Especially with the longer season and extended playoffs, my feeling about the SB is that it's really no longer about "the two best teams in the NFL" any more.

I tell my younger football friends, "It's all about which two teams are the healthiest going through the playoffs."

Mahomes and Jackson and Allen notwithstanding, it's all about who gets injured and when, these days.

KC KC RAH RAH RAH
SWIFT SWIFT, LAH LAH LAH
CLARK CLARK, BAH BAH BAH
REFEREES REFEREES, NAH NAH NAH

With all this support who is favored to be crowned CHAMPS 2025? :)
