Make Your Own Cola

I keep a six pack of coke in my fridge. Once in a great while I'll split one with my hubby. We like a little rum and slice of lime in ours. I buy the coke for a friend who has to have his one can of Coke every night. When he comes to dinner at our house, he loves it that we remember his after dinner vice.

I was told by someone that works in a restaurant kitchen, that they always keep a liter size bottle of cola ( I think any flavor would work) to put out an accidental kitchen fire. He said you just take off the lid, put your thumb over the hole, and shake really well, and then point and spray at the fire, and the soda will extinguish it right away.
Don't know if that really works, but it is as good a tip as cleaning up the highway with coca cola.
