INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of sliced chicken breast or thighs
1 pound of Lo Mein Noodle - makes 2 wok servings
or spaghetti/linguini/fettucini
Oil for wok
Vegetables I used: (split between two servings)
Onions
Bell Peppers
Carrots
Bamboo shoots
Cabbage/Bok Choy
Green onions
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. grated ginger
Sauce:
3 tbsp. chicken broth/vegetable broth/water
2 - 3 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
Marinade for chicken:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. corn starch
