Making Conversation with Physical Therapists

One good thing about visiting dentists. You are not expected to make conversation while they are working on your teeth.
Physios are a different matter. They like a chat. Guess the job must get pretty boring.
So what are you doing after this?
Where do you work exactly?
How many hours a week?
Are you married?

I dont mind really. But if you go to physios as often as I do and meet so many different physios,
you get tired of the " interrogations". They churn through physios too. " oh hes in europe" " oh shes moved".
id like to visit a physio and not feel an awkward silence. Id like to feel a comfortable silence.

I go to a physio ever week... he chats all the time... !! I know what you mean tho', about awkward and comfortable silences.

Sometimes when my pain is at it's worst I just want him to get on and not expect me to have a conversation that I don't feel up to having...
