To save money, it is easy to make your own "boursin" cheese.

12ounces of SOFT cream cheese
1 lg garlic clove, extra finely minced
1tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 green onion or 1 tsp of fresh chives, finely chopped.
1 TBLSP of vinegar from dill pickles.
1/4 tsp paprika
scant 1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp dry yellow mustard

1.) SLIGHTLY warm cream cheese in microwave.
2.) add all other ingredients and stir well.
3.) spoon back in original container and refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours.
4.) spread on crackers of your taste.

Had to look it up, didn't know what boursin cheese was, but it sounds very nice, may give it a go.

Start with writing down the recipes and taking good pictures.
Oh, my goodness. I have been writing them down since I was a teenager. Almost 60 years of love. You know those large 3 ring binders that schools use ? I have 3 of them absolutely stuffed with my recipes.

Wow. Well, if it were me, I'd choose the ones I first wanted to present, cook/prepare them and take pictures.

Me too
Sounds tasty

Gotta go a bit OT
Anytime cheese spread is mentioned, my mind goes to this;

pimento.jpg

I'm hooked on the pimento spread that seems to make it's way onto the celery sticks at our Thanksgivings

and those teeny jars ain't cheap

I don't even know what a pimento is.....but I end up licking the jar
