Malaysia: the Land of Beautiful Islands.

Well we’re off to combine business with pleasure and, although we’ve done all this before…I’m still excited!

Did you know... Malaysia is home to four UNESCO designated World Heritage Sites, including the Gunung Mulu National Park, the Kinabalu Park, the cities of Melaka and George Town, and the Lenggong Valley, which is an important archaeological heritage site.

… and guess what…

Malaysia boasts the biggest roundabout in the world. The Persiaran Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah in Putrajaya is 2.2 miles and has a diameter of 3.5km! That is certainly going to challenge hubby’s driving skills

Jumpa lagi nanti (see you later!)

After hectic work assignments… we had a few days chill out time on Redang Island. The beaches are wonderful, the food tantalising and snorkeling in the clear water an absolute delight!

All this though, tinged with great sadness after learning about the devastation and loss of lives in Morocco … one of our loved destinations.

Prayers for Morocco especially those who suffered the most in Taroudant, Chichaoua, Tiznit, Marrakech, Azilal, Agadir, Casablanca, and Youssoufia.
