I'm determined to attend that festival some day ... but I note that it's on April 1st, a day with a somewhat more silly connotation here in the U.S.

With my luck I'd dress up in a 6' dong costume and go out dancing in the street, only to discover that the whole thing was just a massive joke designed to embarrass round-eyes.
