An Arizona mans dies after a one punch bar fight(or brawl right outside the bar) with pregnant wife weeks away from giving birth. His group and another got into a brawl outside the bar after being kicked out. He fell immediately after the punch due to a brain injury. The suspect was charged with second degree murder.

I guess the good news he was an organ donor where 5 patients benefited. A Gofundme has been set up for his wife.

Sorry but have question these fathers or married couples that want to 'party' like they are single with no responsibilities. Especially with a wife that close to giving birth. Parenthood is not being single. It's not just a thing or box check. If you don't want to do it then don't do it. But don't think things won't change or shouldn't change. I've seen too many drunk parents . One is too many.

Also...if partying is your thing, use some protection so some poor little child is stuck without a father.
 
Perhaps you're being a little harsh here. We assume he was part of "being rowdy", but that doesn't excuse what ultimately happened. And all over a woman "being bumped".

Alcohol clearly was a major factor here, and they were likely unruly. He was 29, and expectant father, and was letting his hair down. He died for it.
 

The wife was at home, so it doesn't sound like she was being irresponsible in any way. The problem comes from people being so quick to be violent. In a big, rowdy, drunk group of young people, it is very likely that someone will be bumped. No reason to punch someone for it.
 
Alcohol can change a person’s personality and thought process with a snap of the finger. When someone is inebriated, all of their thought processes go out the window. They can compartmentalize in a heartbeat.

That's what I've always heard. Lowers impulse control and allows the person act on emotions and thoughts already in the head.

The victim's and killer's acted on impulse/raw emotion where as the sober could've shown restraint and walked away without escalation.
 
I am going to say something most probably unpopular here. The “killer” is charged with second degree murder…no doubt as surprised as anyone about his victims demise. Wouldnt it be nice if he was sentenced to 18 years of financial restitution for the unborn child with parole instead of prison time…
 
It was an unforeseen unfortunate event. Being at a bar where people drink alcohol is putting yourself at extra risk.

Not sure why the victim wasn't at home with his pregnant wife?

Second degree murder for punching someone probably with no intent to kill them is excessive.
