Mask wearing back in Britain?

Simple..I'm not doing it and any attempt to make this compulsory will likely meet with mass non-compliance.
I still wear one when I shop, there are a few that still do in the community. Most are of the older population. I just feel safer being proactive, not only about the variants, but also colds, flu, or other airborne germs. I think it is fine either way but as I live alone I don't want to get any illness.

I rarely travel on public transport.. but if and when I do.. I will wear a mask if this latest Variant proves to be significant

I'll have you know that I used to be the scourge of all the highways and byways.
It used to be so easy on the York to London road, coaches galore for me to hold up and releave the passengers of all their loot, but it got so very hard when some of them aqquired these new fangled things that they talked at, then the local constabulary seemed to turn up out of the blue.
