To the contrary, my Wife's younger sister, and her 3 adult children live in Scotland, as do 2 of her Aunts. My Wife's sister Barbara is a Justice of the Peace in Motherwell near Glasgow. Both my Wife and her sister were born in The Bahamas, with a Bahamian Father and a Canadian Mother. Because of their Mother's Canadian citizenship, they are both Canadian citizens by descent. Barbara's 3 adult children are also Canadian citizens through descent from Barbara. The entire group CAN move to Canada as citizens at any time. Their concern is for their children ( 5 of them ).
