May-December Romances, is 39 Years Difference Too Much?

Lots of talk about the Scarface actor Steven Bauer age 57, and his romance with 18 year old Lyda Loudon. Do you think there's too much of an age gap there? I guess it's their business, but somehow I doubt it something that is serious enough to last. 39 years is much too much! Some difference in age is acceptable, but not that much. I sometimes think celebs just want attention, it doesn't seem very grown up of this man.

Good grief. I also wonder about young guys who attach themselves to older women. Ew. Maybe it's money, but my thinking is that I have eight brothers, only one of whom is older than I, and raised two sons, and I am not going to take another one to raise!
