Maybe I'm just old....

I guess some of this has always existed. It was just hidden. But, I wonder if something in our food chain has made it more common. We've added so many chemicals to our environment and they could be messing with our hormones. I read that sperm counts are way down from what they used to be.

On a mental level, I don't care about other people's sexuality. But, on a gut level I have to admit that gender changes are hard for me to accept. Remember Christine Jorgensen and her trip to Denmark? In those days it was big news.

I guess I used a naughty word.

It is also a fact that mental health issues are far more prevalent and far less often addressed now too, which I think contributes greatly.

Do you actually know if he approached the magazine to sell his story? Or are you assuming?

The LGBTQ issue is trendy and controversial news, and the media is hot to follow any lead that results in a story.

It was always around, no particular uptick in numbers except in relation to population growth. Just very underground because it wasn’t safe. People are just more open about it now.

My hometown was near NYC and the gay beaches were accessible by ferry. We had an interesting mix of people and I believe Christine Jorgenson worked for a local hairdresser for a time.

That has been exactly my thought on the situation. They are still not sure what causes autism but seem to believe evnironmental issues play a part in it.
 
We have been "conditioned" since the 1980's to accept these deviations.
Some honor and respect them, or at least to be tolerant of these behaviors.
These deviations are indulged on earth, which is one of the lowliest worlds,
and also in the hells. Whatever the soul desires is given.
These experimentations are prevelant on this world because people are new
to experiencing the human form. These are part of lowly, crude expressions.
The angels say not to judge as they are growths of the soul,
but I don't have that perfection or that tolerance. Sorry.

To classify these people as lowlifes is stereotyping them in derogatory terms and is completely unfair.

I am not saying these are low-lifes. I am saying this world of earth is a lowly planet in the multiverse.
We, as humans, are not the most evolved species in existence.
The soul chooses all his or her expressions.
 
The Trans topic is OH so boring. The Gay Topic is OH so boring. Both are a smoke screens for the truly more important topics which many people don't want to think about:
1. Global Warming
2. Over population of this planet
3. The coming World War III

agree - the body structure of a transman is female in design and some people may simple claim "well that person is really a female who wants to identify as a male" - thus trans - but of course biologically is quite capable of becoming pregnant and giving birth full stop
 
What’s the use of arguing about this transgender stuff? You will never convince people this is or isn’t normal behavior. So, everyone should just believe what they want and if you don’t like it, devoid yourself of it.
