I have an Apple Watch also, and I would not trade it for anything else. It is always right there on my wrist, and if I fall, I can call for help just by voice, or if I passed out, the watch would call 911 and also alert my emergency contacts, and help could find me with the GPS to guide them.
It has pretty well replaced using my phone, since you can easily answer phone calls with the Apple Watch.
