Dr. Ruth Gottesman became a billionaire when she inherited her late husband's estate. She decided to pay it forward in an extraordinarily big way. She donated one billion dollars to the Bronx Medical School.
"Dr. Ruth Gottesman, a professor emerita of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine who currently serves as chair of the school’s board of trustees, announced the generous donation on Monday."

It brings tears to one's eyes just watching the reaction of these medical students. Can you imagine how many years it would take these students to pay off college loans? It's so refreshing to see a very wealthy person think of others instead of theirselves. To try to help others, instead of just theirselves and their own family. To give away some of their fortune, instead of cheating to make even more money.

I've dealt with doctors in my work. The ones you fear for a reason and the ones you can speak to like a regular human and they will return the same. I hope all these doctors will be decent to people.
