Just moved to Miami, what a great city in a great state.
Hopefully you will share more about your time in the city and state. I didn't realize you were new when I wrote my original comment. There appeared to be nothing but your post on the thread at the time. Welcome.

Welcome Danny... yes, such a beautiful city!

I've enjoyed my vacations there. So much to do and see all around the area.
I won a trip for two to anywhere in the country some years back - I chose Miami. It was great, and my last plane flight too.

Welcome to my new world. Former Senior Captain (now retired} @major airline. Maybe we can chat sometime. There are a few other pilots onboard here.

I retired from USAir at age of 49. Went back to corporate Aviation after 9/11. Flying now out of Opa Locka. Could not be happier.

I spent a lot of time in Miami in my career. I am blessed to be able to live here now. Thanks for your post Bonnie😊

Maybe the subject matter ended with two threads? Was one thread titled Miami and another a new member thread with the same Miami info?
Not sure Patrica. I am a new member and not quite sure how the messaging works yet. I am new to the forum and new to Miami.

Flew for Air Wisconsin before being recruited by United, domestic only. Also flew Corporate Aviation after retirement. Just not the same. I would like to have continued flying commercial, but the FAA says otherwise. You retired before American merged with US Air?
Never forget Cactus 1549.
