Might be away from the site for a while: internet problems. Supposedly, a technician will be here today...yeah, right!
I hope they get it all fixed up real quickly... and that you'll be back in a jiffy!Might be away from the site for a while: internet problems. Supposedly, a technician will be here today...yeah, right!

Thanks, I just hate being without internet; I can get it on my phone but I have to walk down the road a ways, sigh. (And I think everybody on here knows how much I hate physicality!I hope it’s not too long Ripley
Have you tried putting white vinegar through a dishwasher cycle? Ours slows down some until we clean out the mineral deposits. The vinegar breaks down the mineral deposit but you need to add one of those big 2 litre bottles . Pour the entire bottle in the bottom and let it sit for the day. Put dishwasher on at night or next day. The vinegar will remove itself with the water. Thanks, I just hate being without internet; I can get it on my phone but I have to walk down the road a ways, sigh. And, in line with the way things always seem to go, in addition to the internet starting to die this last weekend, our DVD player and dishwasher also began to die, sigh. Same weekend. I think maybe we resurrected the dishwasher (but it's only 3-1/2 years old) but I called the manufacturer of the DVD player, actually got ahold of a live person and when I asked if there were any updates I could apply, said "Oh, heavens no! That player is 7 years old, ma'am; we don't support anything that old!"
I hate how this stuff ages in dog years.![]()
No, haven't tried that since we figured it was an electrical problem because of that flashing light. So we called the repair place and she told us to re-set the circuit breaker. Huzz figured that was hooey because when he went to the breaker box, the circuit hadn't been tripped. But he re-set it anyway and now it's working. So who knows? Go figure appliances.Have you tried putting white vinegar through a dishwasher cycle? Ours slows down some until we clean out the mineral deposits. Oh it was an electrical problem. That sometimes happens to us if we plug in too much stuff in at once. It’s probably the first thing to look at especially with the flashing light. Good stuff. I’m glad you got your dishwasher working again. No, haven't tried that since we figured it was an electrical problem because of that flashing light.
