A few years back I heard something about homo sapiens being around about that long, or longer. We only can develop timelines based on what's found.

in Africa, XX thousands of years ago, nobody knows, these
figures are decided by a person and they are speculative, if
an academic, says that is the date, they seem to be accepted
as fact.

Last Month there was something found in America, that made
the original dates wrong and we might have come from there.
