It’s called a Swirl, and it dropped down for about a mile in either direction with our house as its center, according to various reports and the crews who’ve been by to fix electrical, cable, and cleanup.
It took out trees and felled limbs. Power lines and limbs came down in our driveway making it impassable. Branches all over the yard. Huge limbs came down hard on the garage roof and broke it.
Now comes the nightmare of dealing with insurance, cleanup and repair.
