I haven't eaten 'lettuce' wedges in decades; I eat spinach instead in salads and use it as my 'lettuce' in sandwiches. I can't wait to buy lettuce and prepare these wedges for hubby and I. I won't change any of the ingredients either. Looks so fresh and yummy.

I do like the sounds of the wedges, but all-in-all I enjoy a bowl salad, but that's just me.

Either way the dressing sounds to die for! So yummy!
