1. Mile swim Boy Scout Camp
2. Attractive friend taught me how to dance for junior/senior prom
3. My first job was at Winn Dixie Grocery Store Chain, moved and transferred to a different Winn Dixie Store.
4. High School Senior Nomination Superlative: Most Courteous
5 Most money for votes earned to capture The Ugliest Man on Campus Crown
6. Distributive Education Clubs of America; High School work release program. Georgia State Officer Parliamentarian

I didn't work for 34 years after my wife and married and had kids 1980-1981. I became a stay at home dad caring for my 2 daughters while my wife attended colleges and ended up two masters degrees in childhood education and social work. After the responsibility of caring for my daughters ended things went south compliments of mental health symptoms. I woke years later after a slight unintentional overdose, got my meds straightened out, had spiritual awakening and started over.
7.Started Community College Part time at age 54. Made Deans List, joined Phi Theta Kappa, listed in Who’s Who of Students in Colleges and Universities.
8. Founder/President of first successful Active Minds Chapter in a two year college. Graduated with honors 2012.
9. Started bible college with intentions of going into Prison. Chaplaincy, however, three semesters in I realized ministry work was not for me. I transferred to 4 year college to receive a Bachelors Degree in the Human Service Field in 2017.
Although I started late in life I made up for lost time between 2012 ands the Present.
I worked and attended college part time.

1. Graduated from elementary school
2. Graduated from junior-high
3. Graduated from senior-high
2. Worked for a few years before settling down
3. Got married
4. Had babies, 6 in all
5. Became CEO of the household
5. Earned a Masters Degree in changing diapers
7. Earned a Bachelor-ette Degree in multi-tasking
8. Earned a Doctorate Degree in diagnosing my children's ailments, sicknesses, and general overall health
9. Earned an Associate Degree having made it this far and still alive and kicking
 
my name appeared in a USA Today column which was a total shock.background story:
Craig Wilson,retired columnist for the paper had a weekly column called'The Final Word' '96-'13 talking on all sorts of subjects.He is from WNY,Lydonville in Niagara County.I started emailing him in '01,he would always respond which truly surprised me. In Dec '03 my close friend,Betty Alice&I went to Medina bookstore where he was signing his book'Its The Little Things' columns he had written over the yrs.He knew who I was when I said'I'm a devoted fan from Buffalo' its how I always ended my emails to him
In his March '07 column, he wrote some of his readers have become like 'family' to him,what a shock it was to see my name,'nickname' I used back then in the column.At work,I would make copies for my co-workers they enjoyed his columns as well.I would never read the column until I got home. The senior pharm tech I worked with said to me with a straight face'You are in big trouble'.I thought to myself 'Oh,*** not what did I do wrong" She laughed,showed me the column,I was stunned,my co-workers were impressed I was on 'cloud nine' for the rest of the day couldn't wait to go home.When I got home,I emailed Craig profusely thanked him,made copies for my family&friends

I finished kindergarten...haha....The school I went to was kindergarten to ninth grade....Boring...
I then went to the only High School in our town....for 3 years....so that would be grade 10, 11 and 12....
I met my husband the first day of High School....He was in my Biology class....

I wanted to be a Secretary....didn't want to go to college....After I graduated my Teacher got me a job as a Secretary
in another town....I then married my hubby and a year later had my first child.... 2 years later I had our daughter..

I had many jobs when the kids went to school....So I decided to look for different jobs...I had a few...I then had a friend that
they needed a person to help out in the Elementary School....After a year a new High School was built and I became
a Secretary in the front desk for 25 years.....I retired and we traveled a lot when the kids were all out of College and
they got married....Never in a million years we would have what we have..My husband worked
in NYC....retired at 62 years old....I retired a year later.....And we did give our children a college education....
We Did It alone...No help from anyone....(It was very hard) But we did it cause we didn't go to college....And wanted
our 2 kids to have a future...It was a rough ride...But we did it "Our Way"
 
I have gotten REALLY good at breathing - breathe in, breathe out. I don't even have to think about it anymore. This is a very crucial skill, since it keeps me alive. :) :)

As for accomplishments as per the OP, mine are pretty standard for an engineer: college, patents, papers written, etc. Things that might seem special to people outside the career field are often rather common within the field, and that is as it is in my case.

Oh, and I did come back from Vietnam and have been married to the same woman for 37 years. :)

#1. I made a determined effort to clean out the hall closet. Unfortunately, there was a "Matlock" rerun that I hadn't seen on at the same time. I couldn't do both. So, I redoubled my efforts to be determined to clean my hall closet.
#2. I just realized I could be a politician.
 
@Mr. Ed ... you forgot one. For me, being able to remember that far back would be a Major Achievement...
