Mom's Pimento Chip Dip

When I was a kid my mom would buy that in a juice glass container. They also had a pineapple type spread. I loved them! Haven't seen them in ages!

I wasn't big on Pimento cheese until I bought some at an Amish Market. It's called Walnut Creek Pimento Cheese. It's wonderful. You can buy it at most places that sell Amish food.
