sO MY Doc gave me a script for Ambien an I'm curious if anyone else takes it. It def will help you sleep, in 30 min your out.
But I also wonder if this drug is bad for my kidneys????Seems like when I take it I'm going alot more. My kidneys were effected
after going thru Chemo an radiation an certainly don't want that. I do only take it on Fri n Sat nites simply because I have
to be up early the next day. Appreciate anyone's input.

My doc prescribed ambien for me at one point; I tried it but only took it once because it caused the most horrible, vivid dreams.

I've heard a lot of negative about Ambien too. Thankfully, I've not needed a sleep aid.
For anyone concerned about site effects of prescription drugs, please consider medical marijuana If it's legal in your state) or CBD from Hemp Oil (derived from the hemp plant--no THC cousin of cannabis plant. Both medical cannabis and CBD products offer excellent results for insomnia or pain that interrupts sleep.
