We all know what a "hot mike" is, and people have been caught out by it on several occasions. But in a world becoming more......... connected..... it can go beyond that......

"Meta is under pressure to explain why it cancelled a major contract with a company it was using to train AI, shortly after some of its Kenya-based workers alleged they had to view graphic content captured by Meta smart glasses.

In February, workers at the company, Sama, told two Swedish newspapers they had witnessed glasses users going to the toilet and having sex, external."

As exemplified by one of the Police Squad films, where Leslie Nielsen is heard going to the toilet and loudly peeing and farting because he forgot to turn off his mic after giving a speech. A very funny, but awkward scene.

We received an email recently that smart glasses are banned from being worn at work. Mainly because it's a healthcare facility and it's considered a HIPAA violation.

So I figure now since they've been told everyone will start showing up with them. Cuz that's the kind of folks I work with. Privacy is starting to go by the wayside anymore.
