In the 50s and 60s we had DUZ glassware and wheat pattern dishes.

My mother went a bit overboard on buying detergent just to get the premiums.

John Travolta in the Capital One credit card commercial. It’s a new commercial but it has him dressed like Santa Claus and dancing to Saturday Night Fever music. It makes me smile.
