Mrs Davis

This new streaming series just started on Peacock. I watched the first episode, and found it hilarious! It's a bright, perky satire, kind of a combination of Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars, Monty Python, a religious epic, a cowboy movie, and lots more. Hard to describe, but very enjoyable to watch. I hope the quality stays as good throughout the series.

The character called Mrs Davis is an A-I entity, which makes this a very timely film!

I'm liking Mrs. Davis so far--have just watched Ep. 1 and 2--also. It's so nice to have something interesting to watch. (Didn't that gal who played the kindergarten teacher channeling Mrs. Davis in Ep. 1 do a good job? Loved it.)

Okay...I watched part of Ep 1 and it has kept me interested so far. I often only watch part of a one hour (or 41 minute) show before going on to something else and returning to it later. The real test will be if I still want to continue watching after Ep 2 like @officerripley. I thought it was going to be a comedy but maybe not. (?)

I watched the first one last night. I had to FF the first scene where they were starting to burn people and then part of another scene when they came to the convent looking for the Knights Templar. But otherwise, it was quite funny, weird, very strange but I liked it.

I'll be looking for more, thanks @Sunny .
("We are the knights Templar")....swoosh.
