Ryze mushroom coffee is what we drink. (We drink regular coffee too.) It has a blend of functional Mushrooms and MCT, which have been found to enhance brain function, boost immunity and give balanced energy.

The mushrooms involved are cordyceps, lions mane, relishing, shiitake, turkey tail and king trumpet, which have been studied for thousands of years and are tied to stamina, focus, stress relief, immune support, healthy digestion, and anti-Inflammation.

I drink my normal one cup of full caffeine coffee in the
Morning. I drink Ryze as a cold beverage, mixed with unsweetened almond milk and a drizzle of maple syrup. Delicious!

I've never heard of it. I eat mushrooms, might like it. Does it taste like mushrooms if you drink it straight?

I drink cordyceps, lions mane, and turkey tail tea. :)

Been reading about these mushrooms, most are referred to in Traditional Chinese Medicine literature. I became aware of the Turkey Tail mushrooms while reading about cancer treatment supplementation. Any product recommendations / links?

I tried it and actually liked it, it was friendlier to my body than conventional caffeine, yet still gave me that woke up feeling. I keep meaning to get more but always forget since I need to order it online, my local grocery doesn't carry it. My daughter has given up on regular coffee and only drinks mushroom coffee.

Thanks for the tip! It sounds interesting!

I don't believe the claim "supports" means anything in these food/supplements that pitch to us.

However, I love coffee and also mushrooms. If this "mush-coff" tastes like coffee but costs more, then nay,

If it tastes like coffee and costs less than coffee, then yea.

@Nathan. We use Ryze. Tried Mudwatr and didn’t like it.

You can find it on Amazon, just search for Ryze coffee. Or toy can order it direct from the company which is what I do, because they occasionally run specials (the last one was one full price bag, get another at half price)

Here’s the link to the company.

I've heard about Lion's Mane from one of our members here. It was in capsule form.

Is there any caffeine included in the mix?
@dobielvr there is, yes.

The full list of ingredients copied from the wevsite
“Ingredients: RYZE Organic Mushroom Blend (Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Shiitake, Turkey Tail, King Trumpet), Organic Arabica Coffee, Organic MCT Oil, Organic Coconut Milk

Ryze sounds interesting. I want to try it. The list of ingredients includes organic Arabica coffee... don't know what proportion, but I suppose that might be a contributor to the lift people feel.
According to their FAQ: “A cup of our mushroom coffee contains about 48mg of caffeine, less than half the amount that's in a regular cup of coffee.”
