My adored Grandfurkids died today....

Oh Holly, I'm so very sorry to hear this. I've been sitting here for a while trying to come up with something to say.... *anything* that might bring a little comfort, but I know there is nothing. Just know that I'm sorry and I understand what a devastating loss this is to your daughter... and to you.

Holly so sorry to learn this sad news. Its always hard to say goodbye to family dogs who are so much a part of our daily lives.
Our last family dog, TY a golden retriever died over 40 yrs ago,I think of her every day. I have her dog tags around a ceramic golden retriever she was a love

thanks Sue.. 🤗 . out elder labradoodle died in 2019... and even tho' he was my daughters. dog, I have his ashes buried in my garden, and I had a slate plaque made for him and attached to the wall above where he's buried.. but I also have a little handful of his ashes in an urn in a velvet box...

Oh gosh, So sorry for the loss of both,Holly.
:(
It must have been a very difficult shock, that Digs needed to go, on the same day as Stan, all the more unexpectedly the way you explained. Yet together.
Double thetears 😢

Those photos of them are wonderful.

I am so sorry Holly about the passing of your grand furkids. I know from things you have written about them that you loved them very much. So sorry for your daughter too. That must have been a horrible shock for her to lose them both at the same time. Sending prayers of comfort to you and her.

Thank you again to everyone whose taken time to send condolences on our loss of these beautiful little guys ...tomorrow I;m going to pass all of your comments onto my Daughter..

She will wake up tomorrow morning for the first time in almost 20 years in silence..except for one elderly very quiet little chihuahua.. she will not wake up with the dogs cuddling her.. nor have any dogs to feed and walk before she goes to work... nor race home at lunchtime to toilet them, or in the evening be met with a triple ball of energy yelling for their food and cuddles.. she's gonna be lost...
