My anti virus

Okay. That would signify malware, not necessarily a virus. My very intense anti-virus does not give a warning for seniorforums.com. Do you get the warning on every SF page, or just one/some?

I take it you mean https://www.seniorforums.com? The https would indicate that you're accessing it through a secure URL.

on occasion i used to get those on older pages that weren't secure anymore. like the padlock was unlocked. they were from way back on here. that might have something to do with it.

I have my search on Norton Anti-Virus and it always says "not secure" for Seniorforums. I come here anyway. I'd rather my laptop blow up than miss the content!
