My Cat survived for 5 weeks under the Neighbor's shed, How she did it?

My 3 years old cat, a very beautiful Calico in color was missing on May 9th. Yesterday, my next neighbor told me a Cat was under her shed. There is only about 7 inches height, but I managed to look at 'meow' sound coming with a flashlight. Surely, it was my missing cat, named 'Calico.'

I tried several times to lure her coming out to me, but she was so scared and started moving around more. There was no way for me to get her out from the under next neighbor's shed.

I asked my son living nearby my home to get the cat out from the under her shed. He did it by using a long pole to get her out.

I was SO happy to see her, but very surprisingly she was not so week, but her eyes were a kind strange look due to a long 5(five) weeks ordeal, without sunlight. But she was eating and drinking a lot.
Just wonder how she survived 5(five) weeks without any food, but must drinking 'rainwater.'

That sounds to me like plenty of space to squeeze in and out of, so I'd guess she was out hunting at times. Theoretically cats could get 70% or more of their water needs from eating prey (presumably the squishy kind, not bugs, or are bugs more fluid-y than they look?).

I once found a cat squeezed into a few inches of space between hay bales in a hay stack, but I'm sure she was perfectly capable of getting into and out of that space, and it provided a great defensive location as well as insulation (it was winter). She was the sweetest cat, and it turned out she was also amazingly capable of curling up on top of my chihuahua when he was curled up in my lap.
 
She is most likely driven by her instincts and 24 hour memories. Maybe a Male cat loose in the neighborhood.
Cats love to roam, stalk critters, mate etc. during nighttime & Sleep all day.

I know one that loved to live daytime under a round Ear Corn Crib.
The risk is they get hit on the street. Country folk leave the Garage door slightly up for them stalkers.
Occasionally a Possum will join you. Very gentle creatures they are. We had a young one last fall, hungry for a couple of weeks.
Ate Cat food and Bird Seeds, hung out on the storage shelves! When it snowed, he split for a better sleep shelter.

Was she spayed?

Sometimes cats find a hiding place to have their litter if they are not.

Cats do need water to survive @Rakaia. Water is essential for various bodily functions, including hydration, temperature regulation, and the transport of nutrients.

More in detail to this ordeal;
I put about 5-6 feet rope on her collar not to run away.
About a week later Calico was missing and I heard 'Meow' sound coming under my next neighbor's shed and asked her whether I could look at it, but she said there was no 'Meow'/cat sound underneath her shed. It's her shed/property, I could not investagate further.
However, after five weeks, my next neighbor appeared so tired 'Meow' kept coming and asked me whether the cat was mine. Finally, I could look at underneath with flashlight and found Cat was indeed Calico.
Unfortunately, the rope on Calico's collar tangled up one of Shed's support columns which prevented Calico free-up to get back home. I have no idea whether Calico spent whole 5(five) weeks underneath the shed, but hearing her non-stop, desperate and loud crying 'Meow' hurt me terribly when I called her name, 'Calico.'
After this, an ordeal, I cut Rope and make her free to roam around wherever she wants. She asked me 'reasure 'I love her' by 'Meow" a number of times since she got back home. She is a good cat, but her adventure seems caught-up to go next neighbor's yard and shed.

As for 'Spay,' I did it when she was barely one year old.
 
The cat probably survived on grubs and berries...like I always do when my wife gets angry with me and locks me out of the house.
