And boy is it good! She sent some with a meal she fixed for me shortly after Thanksgiving. I like it so much that she made me a whole loaf pan of it. It tastes sort of like pound cake. I have to cut my intended portion in half to prevent my blood sugar from going too high. So I have a 1" x 2" piece each time. Have you ever had farina bread? This is an internet photo.
