My first live concert was

I never made to one when young

Had a chance see The Grateful Dead live, but we got so loaded, we never made it.

So

Sadly, New Kids on the Block
Took my preteen daughter and her friend to it (I drew the short straw)
I think that’s when the right ear went deaf
The 20,000 screaming teenys was like a gazillion police whistles while standing alongside a jet engine
The parent’s room was no help, but where we could console one another

Paul Revere & The Raiders at the (now gone) John Wayne Good Time Theater at Knotts Berry Farm in Buena Park, Calif. That was back in the mid 70's, when Mark Lindsey was lead singer and Keith Allison played lead guitar.

I saw the Beatles, back in the early '60's, when they did a tour in Hamburg,Germany...before they became a worldwide phenomenon. It was pretty obvious that they were special.

Leon Russell

Sam The Sham at a place called Misty Waters outside of Atlanta.
They had all kinds of teen dances in the mid 60s with bands like Paul Revere &Raiders, The Swingin Madallions and lots more.
First big concert was Georgia Jam around 1975 and Champain Jam.
