My friend's Car restoration, sold for $255.000

I thought this might be of interest to you, a close friend of mine bought this HoldenMonaro(Classic Aussie car) three years ago as just a one-owner rust bucket($40.000). he spent the three years bringing it back to its original condition, most of the work was done in his home garage, less the trim, it was done in Adelaide. Two days ago it sold at Shannon's online auction for $255.000, unbelievable? Link below

I always thought Holdens were a very attractive car. Too bad they don't sell them in North America.
Confused me to see a period instead of a comma in the price!

I guess that makes it universal. Ever since I've been working on updating the wife's car, I've got the fever to build another. Trouble is... all I can find is overpriced rust buckets.
