She’s old as dirt. She’s 3.5 pounds. She was a rescue at 11 weeks when I didn’t want a puppy, but the owners were going to euthanize her because they were moving and didn’t want to pay a pet deposit. 🤦🏼‍♀️ So I figured ok, I can easily re-home her because she’s cute! My vet said if they’d just waited a week they wouldn’t have had to put her down, she was SO sick she wouldn’t have lasted.

I spent about a grand and a couple months nursing her back to health, and by that point we were bonded and I couldn’t part with her. ❤️ She’s a feisty old girl and we love her!!

Our MMM, Magnificent Miss Molly a Dachshund we rescued from the Hilton Head Island, S.C. station after we lost our sweet little Maggie, another rescued Dachshund to cancer has made a wonderful replacement. MMM is a "barker" and is very proficient in that part of her life! She has developed several distinctive barks in the past few weeks, for instance, my wife Janet has been feeding a beautiful solid gray male feral cat for several months now. We have named him "Smokie" He is very loving and likes being petted. MMM hell hates him. She has a bark just for him which tells me Dad, that gray that natty haired rat ba$!@rd cat is on MY front porch and, MY Mom is feeding him out of one of MY old bowls. You need to come here NOW and make him go away forever.

Smoky is now firmly implanted on MMM's porch. He has 2 beds to sleep in, his own food & water bowls and, a waterproof cat house to get out of the rain. Our porch is covered however, if it rains really hard he can avoid getting wet,

Now our sweet MMM has developed a new bark. Just over a month ago a new cat has appeared on the scene! This beautiful black & white kitten who has a collar. And must be someone's pet who somehow escaped his home and!!! of course came to my house!!! He is very loving begs to be petted, will jump in the chair into your lap and stay there until you put him down. I say he is a male because the first time he jumped in my lap he turned over on his back and I saw his little "johnson". Last week I posted an article on Facebook asking if anyone in our area was missing a kitten and I described him and mentioned the collar and stated, "if someone will call me and, I gave my number and described the collar I will tell you where you can find him.

Now, more about MMM and her new bark. This bark is for the new little rat ba$t@rd kitten and, it tells me Dad, the little "THING" is on MY porch and Mom has gone out there to feed the "THING". DAD! are you listening to me!! COME HERE IMMEDIATELY!!! and make it go away. Dad, if you don't stop typing on that computer and do something about "IT" then just let me go outside without my leash and when I finish with "IT" it will never even come near MY house again!!!! I have not received even one reply to my post about the missing kitten. SOOOO!!! guess what? He now belongs to me. I have called my Attorney and told him to fill the adoption papers and make it official.

She is a cutie Ronni. She and her story remind me of how Betty the dog wound up with TV character Will Trent. Bless you for saving her from being euthanized.
