You can also quickly chill a canned drink by wetting a paper towel, wrapping it around the can, and sticking it in the freezer for a few minutes.

@Aunt Bea - A co-worker of mine in CT was very smart. We had a big snow and ice storm and the electricity was out for a few days (I was not affected). She took her frozen food outside and buried it in the snow. Her neighbors lost their food, hers was still good when the electric turned back on. That's an example of ''thinking outside the box".
