My life in Review

Mr. Ed

Be what you is not what you what you ain’t
Location
Central NY
When SF members suggested I might have issues with LGBTQ I dug into my past to find answers. After I was diagnosed with mental illness during psychosis I heard voices saying QUEER. QUEER, QUEER I was traumatized. Then my mother forced me to stay my cousin because he was weird and had no friends. My cousin did things to me that traumatized me. Growing up as Southern Baptist first born son would have been better if my dad spent time with me and the family.

I don’t like guys for the above reasons and it makes me cringe when I see two guys making out on tv.

That’s my issue and so it goes.

You be you. You can love the person, and dislike the behavior. I get it. I have LGBTQ friends and family, and I love them as people, and do not judge. I am an ally. But I will not hold it against those who cannot be an ally.

Be good to yourself. I can appreciate you can look into the reason behind your beliefs. I do not think less of you.

I'm sorry you had to go though that Mr. Ed.
Be true to who you are.

Understandable.
But as my father used to say, you shouldn't dislike/hate/etc. an entire group over the wrongs of a few.
