I don't know why, but lately I have been enjoying "reaction videos" on YouTube.
This usually involves a young person -- often, but not always, a young Black person -- listening and reacting to some piece of music that "we" (old white people) all know but that they are hearing for the first time.
One young man named Jamal is very endearing, and his comments are usually pretty insightful. He seems to like Gordon Lightfoot, Yes, and the Grateful Dead.
Check one out -- just Google "Jamal reaction videos" or "twins the new thing". There are hundreds of them.
