Surgery should begin soon,within the hour,and if all goes well and she is able to eat after she wakes up,they will come home.

This hospital has a rule that only one parent can stay in the room with the child,so my son was going to have to sleep in the car. But my DIL gained the sympathy of a nurse last night, who went to the head nurse and got permision for him to sleep in the room with them.I was very happy,because Oakland,California is no place to be sleeping in your car. Rarely (if ever) a night goes by that there are no shootings-usually there are several.
