My recipe for a smoothie that fights viruses, joint inflammation, and brain fog

Chuck about an ounce of peeled and sliced fresh ginger root into a blender.

Add the juice of 1 large orange, the juice of 1 lemon, a heaping teaspoon of powdered turmeric, and 6 or so ounces of water.
Then swoosh it up until the ginger is pretty well decimated, and pour it through a strainer into a tall glass.

The pulp you get in the strainer is actually pretty yummy on baked fish. I mix it with soft butter and brush it on before baking.

In summer time, I also add a scoop of orange sherbet or vanilla ice-cream and a raw egg, but the pulp from that isn't good on anything.

Sounds good. I'm trying to use more tumeric.

This sounds so good and worth a try, gonna give it a go sometime soon..
