My Retiree Medicare Supplement Plan Expires on December 31, 2015

You only pay a drug premium if you did not have one, if you have employee coverage or another type of "credible" drug coverage you will not have to pay the penalty. Also those many states who qualify for extra help with their prescription drugs do not pay the drug penalty.
