My review of Bisquick Shake,

and Pour pancake mix.......don't buy it unless, you are camping, for your "prepper" stockup......it is a loser for everyday pancake prep....it sez on bottle "add 1.5 cups"
of water, that is not nearly enuff.....add at least another 1/2 cup....shake like hell....first one I cooked was way too thick, 3/4 inch, that was when I added water,,,,
second one was better, but third 'cake tasted like gritty or something....taste was what you expect, just basic floury pancakes.,,,,,,I made 3 cakes and ate maybe
1.5 of them.....so it's up to you, but I'll go back to mix my own 'cakes....you are welcome......:p

reminds me of one day when dad had some pancake stuff in a jug to add water and shake and i guess there was so much gas build up in the bottle that it blew the lid off and blew batter everywhere. him and mom laughed so hard she almost peed herself and she said they played hell getting it cleaned up. :ROFLMAO:

"These are great and you don't have to use all the batter at once. It keeps well for a few days in the fridge. Nice bacon technique BTW. I never thought of cutting it in half. You avoid over the over cooked middle and under cooked edges that way."
