It's 7 PM PST here in central California and I have just completed my two mile walk in the cold after consuming a fantastic Broiled New York Steak/ salad/several glasses of Cabernet. I was tired of all the fish and chicken that I have been eating. My body was crying out for beef. I will shortly put on my big Terry Cloth Robe and go down stairs to the Spa and soak in the nice hot Spa for 30 minutes with the jets at full blast. Then I wili come back to my apartment and dish up a nice bowel of ice cream, curl up on the couch & watch Netflix for a couple of hours. Then ZZZZZZZZZZZZ
