I've been using T-Mobile 5G internet for a few months now. I've often lost the Internet connection, and had to reset the T-Mobile router/modem. The worst experience came on this past Saturday. I got ready to watch WWE Money in the Bank, coming from London, England. My TV couldn't get a wi-fi signal, and my computer's wi-fi signal was so weak that it was useless. I spent 12 hours trying to fix the problem.
I started thinking it would be better to use Ethernet cables to connect directly to the TV and computer. (I specifically chose a TV that would let me hardwire the TV to the Internet Modem.) Today I received a new Ethernet cable and connected it to the TV. Then I reset the TV to Factory settings. Now, everything works fine.
It appears T-Mobile's router produces a bad wi-fi signal!
