I think most people celebrate this day when they go shopping. Who among us don't go to the cheese section when we go to Walmart, Price Chopper, Hannafords etc?

I have run out of cheese !! What a disaster! Actually I'm better off not having any for awhile. I do love it though

My family didn't eat cheese at all, except my father would buy Limberger every Christmas and eat it all him self. But one day he asked me to taste it-the smell was awful, but it tasted good!

I am having a Minute steak with Pepper Jack cheese today ( Monterey Jack and bits of Jalapino peppers.) an a bowl of chicken soup-and putting a pork shop into my smallest crock pot, with some barbecue sauce, for later today with Spanish rice and a fresh spinach salad.

We didn't eat much cheese growing up and my dad used to eat the Limburger cheese too but I couldn't get past the way it looked and smelled so I never tried it. I'm making chicken soup today too
