I'm a life long chicken lover,I like wings without hot sauces on them
There is a local restaurant here in Buffalo,the Anchor Bar which is well known for its chicken wings
I've been there a couple times its highly over rated,wings are okay
I like to get my wings dry & then get several different sauces on the side. Since wings can be so expensive at the grocery, I'll take chicken legs & cook them the same way. More chicken & less work!
