Would you believe that I have cookie cutters that I started collecting as a little kid? Yup. Still use them. DGD comes over every now and then wanting to borrow one (or some).

I love cookie cutters. I think I have only made cut out cookies once in my adult life but I have a number of cutters. I look for them in thrift stores and have most out displayed. Snowflakes, cats, bunnies, chickens, a pumpkin.

I got this vintage extra large cat cookie cutter at PAWS thrift for $1.00. I have it out displayed in the box.

Good just keep calling those brown things "cookies". Here in Canada it has now been declared politically incorrect to call them "brownies." Apparently, using the word "brownies" is a very, very bad thing. It might offend some people. Yes, the politically correct are working hard to make Canada a wonderful, "lovey dovy" sort of place. I wish them luck. On 2nd thought, maybe I don't!
